Product Description
Fond Royal Neutral Cream Stabilizer is an easy to use product for creating mousse. Add 250g of COLD water to 200g of Fond Royale and mix - you can add any of the Dreidoppel fruit or flavor pastes while you are mixing the Fond Royal to acheive a wide variety of flavored mousses. Once mixed just fold the Fond Royal into 1000g of already whipped cream. Pipe the finished mousse into rings, cups or molds and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
