Bienetta (Florentine) Mix is an easy to use, dry powder for making Florentine cookies. Add 200g of Bienetta to 200g of sliced or slivered Almonds and mix. Fill the mixture into baking rings or molds and bake for approximately 8 minutes at 390 degrees Celcius. Remove the ring while still warm and let cool.
