Strawberry Flavor Paste is bake stable, all natural and kosher. A fruity, red, gorgeous paste! Ideal for flavoring a variety of creams including; custard, mousse, pastry cream, whipped cream, ice cream and buttercream. The Strawberry paste is also ideal for flavoring ganaches and creating fillings for truffles. The dosage is 30g-50g:1000g (3-5%) by weight.
