Raspberry Flavor Paste is bake stable and kosher. It is a bright red fruit paste for creating a wide variety of irresistible pastries and desserts . Ideal for flavoring a variety of creams including; custard, mousse, pastry cream, whipped cream, ice cream and buttercream. The Raspberry paste is also ideal for flavoring ganaches and truffle fillings. The dosage is 30g-50g:1000g (3-5%) by weight.
