Mango Flavor Paste is all-natural and kosher. Natural flavor of exotic-ripened mangos with 30% real mango pulp. Ideal for flavoring a variety of creams including; custard, mousse, pastry cream, whipped cream, ice cream and buttercream. The Mango Flavor paste is also ideal for flavoring ganaches and creating fillings for truffles.The recommended usage is 30g-50g:1000g (3-5%) by weight.
